Could there be differences between the displayed product and the delivered item?
We look for describing and illustrating our products in the most precise way. However, eventual differences between the appearance of the product on the online store and its real aspect are possible, resulting from the technical limitations of photographic reproduction. On the other hand, we ensure that you receive good quality products.
Order
How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply navigate the site until you find the product you wish to purchase, select the quantity and click the "ADD TO CART" button. This will add the items to your cart and show you the total order cost. When you are ready to make payment click "CHECKOUT" to be transferred to the checkout page, where you can adjust quantities and decide which payment service to use. Both 'PayPal Express' and 'Google Checkout' are robust, secure and easy payment platforms.
Once you select the payment platform, you will be transferred to a secure site for processing your credit card. If you are a PayPal customer, you can even log in and pay using any paypal balance you might have on account. Once the transaction has been authorized, you will receive a confirmation and summary of your order. An identical summary will be sent to the email address you provided.
Can I add a product to a placed order?
After the placement of an order (including payment), it is no longer possible to add a product. It will be necessary to place a new order with the intended product.
How do I know if the product I order is in stock?
All of our items are in stock unless indicated otherwise by the dispatch time mentioned on the advert. If in stock, we normally dispatch on the same business day. If stock is available at a nearby warehouse, then we usually dispatch within 3 business days. If we need to order new stock from our suppliers, then you can expect to wait around 10 business days before we dispatch.
Are there any hidden charges?
No - You will see the total price including taxes, shipping and handling when you check out.
How can I check the status of my order?
When you place an order with us you will receive an email with details of the order. Moreover, there is an order status link that will provide further information.
Do you offer wholesale or volume discounts?
We offer discounts on higher volume orders. To know our wholesale conditions, and to apply for trade pricing, please send us your request through the form included in our application page.
Payment
Do I need a PayPal account to pay?
You do not need a PayPal account to pay with your credit/debit card. In the past, users were required to set up an account with PayPal in order to pay that way. That is no longer the case just click on the wording "If you do not currently have a PayPal account, click here", or "continue checkout now to pay securely using your credit card" to complete the transaction without setting up an account.
- a) Payment with credit card through Paypal
To use this payment method the Customer simply uses his credit card as usual, not needing to have a Paypal's account. It is a secure way of payment as the codes are entered directly in the protected servers of Paypal (www.paypal.com), without our store having any knowledge of them.
- b) Bank transfer
If the Customer prefers this method, they simply need to choose this option when making the order and proceed with the bank transfer in the most brief period of time, following the instructions that will be sent to them by email. Please be aware that in both cases the order will only be processed after payment has cleared. So, if you have urgency, the payment with credit card is the faster option.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major card via either PayPal or Google Checkout payment processors. You may also use your existing PayPal account balance to pay for your goods.
Can I pay in a currency other than the Great Britian Pounds?
The value of the order and respective shipping costs are always paid in GB Pounds. To know the exchange rate consult a currency converter, eg. www.xe.com.
Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
To determine when your order will arrive you must consider the availability of the item and the shipping option you've selected. Most of the items we carry are in stock and will usually ship on the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will usually be shipped 1 business day after payment is made.
What are the postage costs?
This depends on the delivery method you choose and whether there are any special offers on at the time you place your order. The estimated shipping costs applicable to your order will be presented once you enter you're delivery details, before your validation of the payment. When a product is marked with the indication "free shipping", the customer does not have to pay shipping costs when the product is shipped within the United Kingdom. We decide on a case by case basis if a product marked with "free shipping" is sent separately or with other products included in the same order received from the customer.
The cost of an order for a country out of our shipping countries list will be calculated in accordance with the destination, weight and format of the order and previously confirmed to you. Please note that shipping to non-European Union countries may be subject to additional costs (customs duties, taxes) due to your local customs or postal authorities, for which we have no control whatsoever. It is up to you to seek information and bear all the eventual costs.
In case of large quantity's order, it could be necessary to verify and confirm later with you the additional shipping costs.

We ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.
If your country is not included in the list above, contact us by email to ask about the possibility of shipping to your country, as well as the respective shipping times and costs.
Can I place one order of several products to be sent to several different addresses?
To send products to several addresses it is necessary to make separate orders: one order for each address.
Is it possible to know where my order is?
Not all our orders are sent by a system that allows tracking the package. When this is possible, in our shipment confirmation email we inform about the shipping company, the tracking number and the form to verify the status of your order, through the website of the shipping company.
Changes, Cancellations, Returns and Losses
Can I request a change to a placed order?
In case you wish to modify your specifications about a product (colour ), contact us as soon as possible after the order has been placed. If the order has not yet started to be processed, it will be possible to change your specifications. However, we do not accept any change that implies modification of the value, quantities or type of product inserted in the order. You may try instead to cancel the order and to place a new order with the correct data.
I need to change or cancel my order, what should I do?
If you contact us within 24 hours of your order being placed, we will refund your card and confirm that your order has been cancelled. If your order has already left our warehouse, then you will need to return the order to us, and we will refund the amount paid (except any shipping charges).
What if I receive defective goods (i.e., broken, ripped, etc...)?
We make every effort to ensure that the goods you receive will be in perfect condition. However, if you do receive a defective item, you should contact us immediately regarding the issue. We will arrange for a replacement for the same or similar item at no additional cost to be sent out to you and ask that you return the defective item to us.
What if I am not satisfied, can I return a product?
Usually our products exceed our customers' expectations. However, for a total guarantee of satisfaction, you may within 7 working days counting from the order's reception day, decide to return a product, obtaining the total reimbursement of the order's value (shipping costs excepted). For that purpose you should simply contact us within these 7 days.
Then, just send us the product, in the same condition as you have received it and inside the original and good condition package. We recommend that you use registered mail or any other service that protects you from eventual product losses or damages for which you will be the solely responsible. Returned items must be in unused condition with original packaging, tags and with any included promotional gifts. Please note that we don't reimburse postage/shipping charges when returning a product unless the product is faulty or unless the reason for returning is due to a significant error on our part. All faulty item returns can be completed within 14 days of receiving the item and need to be authorised in advance.
We draw the attention for the fact that we cannot accept returns of personalised or customised products (made according to your particular specifications), except in the case of evident defect or error from our part.
What to do if the order arrives damaged or it is lost?
We pack our products very carefully in order to avoid damage during shipping. However, you should always verify carefully the order when you receive it. Eventual damages should, whenever possible, be reported right away. You should inform us immediately by email, about the occurred damages, in order to enable us to determine the best way to resolve the problem.

Is my order secure?
Yes, your order is secure. At the moment you checkout, you will be passed to a secure server to process your credit card details. This transaction is carried out either by Paypal or Google Checkout (you can choose), the foremost internet payment providers on the internet. It is safe to use this website?
The introduction in our website of the personal data necessary to complete your order (name, address, telephone contact, email, etc), is protected through the use of a secure server under the protocol SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which codifies all the confidential data, in order to avoid that third parties could accede to your information. Do you supply my personal information to other companies?
We take all precautions to protect the information supplied by the users of our website. Your personal data is used solely for processing and shipping your order and for contacts that may be necessary for this effect, being able to request its rectification, alteration or elimination, through our contact form. We do not share, nor supply third parties with any personal information, keeping constantly the privacy and the confidentiality of your personal data.
